Set-Up/Break-Down:

Set-up will be Friday, October 3rd from 12pm till 4pm.

Break-Down, October 5th at 7:30pm

Booth information:

• Each booth inside the convention includes:

10x8 space, 2 vendor passes, 2 tables, 4 chairs 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage pail, 1 gallon water and

1 sharps container.

• 1 Booth Costs $1,200 (2) Booths $2,300

• No refunds on payments.

• Additional 3-day passes are $60.00 each If payment is included with contract.

• Medical waste removal is provided by THE TATTOO SOCIETY WORLD EXPO.

• Important NOTE: Electric hook-up will be provided, however All artists should bring their own lighting source and extension cords

• Important Note: After submitting your payment and confirming your spot/booth, refunds will not be given.

All artists must have proof of certification in bloodborne pathogen (BBP) training.
